I created an hybrid food dehydrator that is highly efficient only uses 45 watts and use a solar panel needs a need window to ventilate the food.
My purpose was to create a indoor version that uses a solar panel to ventilate the food in the dehydrator.
Also i realize by some support of the electrical grid to power an infrared bulb that will provide heat for the system.
I have an official announcement. I just finish a Solar Hybrid Dehydrator.
Uses the solar power to make ventilation work.
And uses a 50 watts that is controlled by a simple Arduino that on/offs the thermal infrared light that heats the system son you can dehydrate day/night.
The main purpose is to use low energy from the electrical grid. And be as efficient as possible.
All ventilation necessities is covered by a solar panel i build.

I wanted to create my first commercial machine, a first solar food dehydrator was ready to born. I calle Sun Dehydrator OS and launched a kickstarter campaign.

- Carbon activated filters that covers 100% of air that enters the system. Pure air in the machine.
- 100% energy for operation powered by solar.
The idea behind this machine is building the industry standard. This project will continue evolving always through continuous improvement.
